Thank you for your interest in Troy 30-C. Our online application system allows you to create a user account to apply for open positions, and return later to complete your application or apply for additional positions. Our hiring process is outlined below to help guide you through the entire process.

Step 1: Submit Your Application
Submit an application that reflects the positions you are interested in. Our application system allows you to apply for as many open positions as you would like. Once your application is submitted, you will receive a confirmation email verifying that we have received your application.

Step 2: Application Review
Our hiring administrators will carefully review all applications. If your qualifications and experience align with the needs of our district, a hiring administrator will reach out to you with interview details.

Step 3: Interview Process
If selected, you will be invited to participate in an interview. The format of the interview will vary depending on the position, school, and department. Some positions may have multiple rounds of interview.

Step 4: Offer & Hiring
If you are selected for a position, you will receive an official offer letter. Following your acceptance of the position, you will receive an email with onboarding details from Jamie Isabelli, Human Resources Coordinator.

Step 5: Onboarding & Pre-Employment Requirements
Paperwork completion (employment forms, payroll setup, ect.)
Fingerprinting and background verification checks
Health Exam

Step 6: New Employee Orientation
You will receive an email with information about New Employee Orientation and next steps to finalize your employment. During this orientation you will receive all of the necessary information to begin your career with us. We are excited to welcome you to your new role at Troy 30-C! #TogetherTroy

FRONTLINE ABSENCE MANAGEMENT FOR CURRENT TROY 30-C SUBSTITUTES

Substitute Registered Nurse Starting Rate $30.75

• Elementary school hours are 8:20am-3:20pm
